President & Founder
Bill Jebaily
Bill Jebaily is the Founder and President of Aggressive Energy whose energy experience spans over 40 years. Bill is an innovative and results-driven leader and continues to drive growth and customer value. Bill launched Aggressive Energy in 2009. Prior to starting Aggressive Energy, Bill acquired Aggressive Heating in 2000, which offers complete heating and mechanical solutions for heating plants in the New York Metropolitan area. Bill also started Bay Ridge Fuel Corp. in 1995, which sells bio-fuels and heating oil to the New York City commercial real estate sector. Prior to his career as a business owner and executive, Mr. Jebaily worked as an Energy Sales Executive and as a Burner Technician. Bill continues to lead the day-to-day operations of Aggressive Energy, Aggressive Heating and Bay Ridge Fuel Corp. while driving profitability and operational efficiency.
Vice President
Dan Messina
Dan Messina, Vice President, has been working with Aggressive Energy since 2011 and has a deep understanding of all aspects of the retail natural gas and electric supply business. Dan manages the day-to-day operations of Aggressive Energy including management of commodity supply, forecasting, hedging, risk management, utility relations, customer management, ISO relations, financial reporting, profitability, and regulatory compliance. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Master’s Degree in Executive Management from St. John’s University.
Director of Operations
Michael Belmont
Michael Belmont is the Director of Operations and has been with Aggressive Energy since 2012. Michael has extensive knowledge in the operations of the retail energy business and oversees proper account enrollments, client relationships, meter read data, billing, and renewable energy requirements for all markets. Prior to his role as Director of Operations, Michael Belmont worked as a Senior Pricing Analyst and helped develop new pricing strategies as Aggressive Energy entered new markets. Previously, Michael Belmont worked as a commodities trader for BMT Trading Company. Michael Belmont holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University.
Controller
Michael Crane, CPA
Michael Crane, Controller, has extensive accounting and finance experience covering many financial areas. He joined Aggressive Energy in 2016 overseeing all accounting functions including risk management, cost control, profit & loss management, budgeting, cash flow projections, financial reporting, ledger analysis, taxation, compliance, and operational efficiency. Previously, Michael Crane worked as the lead auditor at Ernst & Young LLP (EY) on various clients in the banking, broker-dealer, and hedge fund space. Prior to working as a lead auditor at EY, Michael Crane worked as an accountant for S.D. Daniels & Company providing external bookkeeping and financial reporting services to clients. Michael Crane is a licensed CPA in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in accounting from St. John’s University.
